I've started practising Yoga in 2012 and while gaining a better physical health I mostly fell in love with how calm and grounded I felt afterwards. 

Different forms of breathing exercises (pranayamas), meditation and asanas (poses) helped me to become a better singer/musician but also made me stronger in my decision making.

 

I am holding a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Joschi Yoga (NYC) and currently finishing my  300 hour Teacher Training from The Shala (NYC, 2019-2020). I am also a certified Yoga Nidra teacher from Sacred Sound Yoga (NYC) and have been  studying the healing effects of Ayurveda - the proper alignment of body, senses, mind and soul. My classes are a creative mix of ashtanga-inspired vinyasa, breath awareness, yoga philosophy and meditation.
