I've started practising Yoga in 2012 and while gaining a better physical fitness I mostly fell in love with how it cleared my mind -
different forms of breathing exercises (pranayamas), meditation and asanas (poses) helped me to become a better singer/musician but also made me stronger in my decision making.
I'm hoping to share the knowledge I've gained from my former yoga teachers and pass it on to whomever is interested. I finished my
Yoga-Teacher Training with "Joschi Yoga Institute", NYC in 2016
(Yoga Alliance - RYT 200).
